大庆总机械厂铸钢分厂采用树脂砂铸造工艺对原水玻璃砂工艺进行了全面改造，从德国ＦＡＴ、ＬＡＥＭＰＥ公司进口了造型、造芯设备，并配备了美国ＢＡＩＲＤ公司的炉前快速分析仪，建成了目前国内最为完整的树指砂无箱造型生产线。全线采用ＰＬＣ控制，生产节拍柔性可调，自动化程度较高，可靠性好。本文对改造后的车间总体平面布置、无箱造型线、浇注冷却线、旧砂再生系统以及树指砂工艺应用情况作了介绍
