目的了解天津北辰区家蝇抗药性情况,指导合理使用杀虫剂。方法用点滴法测定家蝇半数致死量(LD50)。结果北辰区家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂的LD50依次为敌敌畏0.0 530μg/只、高效氯氰菊酯0.0 310μg/只、溴氰菊酯0.0217μg/只、残杀威0.1 902μg/只、氯菊酯0.0 262μg/只。与敏感试虫相比,R/S值敌敌畏为10.0倍、高效氯氰菊酯为50.82倍、溴氰菊酯为22.85倍、残杀威为3.30倍、氯菊酯为2.34倍。结论北辰区野外家蝇对5种常见杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,以高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯最为著。建议加强抗药性监测,科学合理用药,采取综合防治措施,减缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the resistance of house fly in Beichen, Tianjin and to guide the rational use of insecticides. Methods The half-lethal dose (LD50) of housefly was determined by the method of drip method. Results LD50 of five common insecticides in Beichen district were in the range of 0.0 530 μg / d for dichlorvos, 0.0 310 μg / a for cypermethrin, 0.0217 μg / deltamethrin, 0.1 902 μg / min for propoxur and 0.0 262 μg for Permethrin /only. Compared with susceptible insects, R / S value of dichlorvos was 10.0 times, that of high-performance cypermethrin was 50.82 times, that of deltamethrin was 22.85 times, propoxur was 3.30 times and permethrin was 2.34 times. Conclusion The domestic flies in Beichen district have different levels of resistance to five common insecticides, most notably beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin. Proposed to strengthen drug resistance monitoring, scientific and rational drug use, take comprehensive prevention and control measures to slow the development of drug resistance.
