A project group consisting of Prof. Zhang Guanlun from Tongji University and HICON Huaxi Concrete Admixture Co., Ltd. jointly launched the two projects of “High-volume ordinary fine slag powder pumped concrete admixture WZ” and “JS underwater anti-dispersion concrete admixture”. The research project passed the technical appraisal organized by the Shanghai Municipal Construction Committee on May 29, 2000. The cement will be replaced by ordinary fine slag powder in large quantities.
