针对某型无人机配电控制器现有检测方法的不足,根据配电控制器的性能测试要求,设计了一种基于DSP技术的配电控制器检测系统。该系统以TMS320LF2407控制器为核心,合理利用了DSP控制器自身集成的ADC模块、CAN总线控制器模块和捕捉单元等,实现对配电控制器各项性能参数的检测。文章详细介绍了该检测系统的组成、工作原理以及硬件电路和软件设计。实际应用表明,该系统能够准确的完成各项性能指标参数的检测,达到了设计目的,具有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the shortage of the existing detection methods for a type of UAV distribution controller, a distribution system detection system based on DSP technology is designed according to the performance testing requirements of distribution controller. The system TMS320LF2407 controller as the core, the rational use of the DSP controller integrated ADC module, CAN bus controller module and capture unit, the distribution controller to achieve the detection of various performance parameters. The article details the composition of the detection system, working principle and hardware circuit and software design. Practical application shows that the system can accurately detect the parameters of various performance indicators, has achieved the design purpose and has a high practical value.
