基于大量室内试验,初步探讨了偏高岭土提升水泥固化土整体性能的可行性。试验结果表明:偏高岭土能够大幅度提高水泥土的抗压强度,从加固效果和工程造价分析,其最佳掺入比例为3%;在提升强度的同时,亦能提高变形模量E50,但对破坏应变几乎没有影响,侧面表明偏高岭土有利于提高水泥土桩体的荷载传递能力,同时还能削弱其脆性,提高其延展性能,使其能够更好地为工程服务。
Based on a large number of laboratory tests, the feasibility of metakaolin to enhance the overall performance of cement-cured soil was discussed. The test results show that metakaolin can greatly improve the compressive strength of cement-soil. From the analysis of reinforcement effect and engineering cost, the optimum incorporation ratio is 3%. While increasing the strength, it can also increase the deformation modulus E50, There is almost no effect on the failure strain. The side shows that metakaolin can improve the load transfer capacity of cement-soil piles while weakening its brittleness and improving its ductility so that it can better serve the engineering.
