目的通过对数字化X射线摄影(DR)与计算机X射线摄影(CR)拍摄的口腔全景片图像质量和曝光量分析总结,探讨口腔DR的优势。方法分别抽取DR和CR系统拍摄的口腔全景片各300张,进行图像质量的评测并将曝光量进行比较。结果图像主观评判DR和CR系统甲级片与乙级片两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而废片两组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.07),两组曝光量比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DR系统口腔摄影较CR系统有着明显优势,既可提高图像质量,提供更加丰富的图像信息,又能进一步减少重拍率,降低了辐射剂量。
Objective To investigate the advantages of oral DR by analyzing the image quality and exposure of oral panorama taken by digital radiography (DR) and computerized radiography (CR). Methods We extracted 300 oral panoramic films taken by DR and CR systems, respectively, and evaluated the image quality and compared the exposure. Results The subjective evaluation of the DR and CR systems showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.07) Exposure was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion DR system oral photography has obvious advantages over CR system, which can not only improve image quality, provide more abundant image information, but also further reduce the rate of re-beat and reduce the radiation dose.
