研究以多孔氧化铝为样模通过电沉积制备金属 Ni的有序一维纳米线阵列 ,对其形貌和结构进行了表征 ,并测量了有序 Ni纳米线阵列的磁滞回线 .结果表明 :以多孔氧化铝为样模所制得的 Ni纳米线尺寸均匀、排列有序且直径和长度可在一定范围内任意调节 ;直径为 10 nm ,长达 8μm的 Ni纳米线阵列在磁性质上表现出显著的磁单畴特性 .
In this paper, an ordered one-dimensional nanowire array of metallic Ni was prepared by electrodeposition using porous alumina as a template, and its morphology and structure were characterized and the hysteresis loops of the ordered Ni nanowire arrays were measured. : The Ni nanowires prepared with porous alumina sample are uniform in size, ordered and diameter and length can be adjusted within a certain range; Ni nanowire arrays with diameters of 10 nm and up to 8 μm have the same magnetic properties Exhibit significant magnetic single domain properties.
