目的 了解群体性食物中毒事故对相关人员的心理应激影响。方法 采用国家标准《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》和《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》(CCMD - 3)对群体性食物中毒进行事故分级和心因性反应的排查。结果 2 0 0 2~ 2 0 0 3年惠州市共发生食物中毒 2 9起 ,其中较大型 2起 ,中毒人数 77人 ;一般性 2 7起 ,中毒人数 2 5 8人。较大型食物中毒心因性反应人数为 15 9人 ,平均每起 79 5人 ;一般性食物中毒心因性反应人数为 2 78人 ,平均每起为 10 3人。结论 心因性反应与食物中毒严重程度密切相关 ,对食物中毒人群应加强心理干预措施。
Objective To understand the impact of group food poisoning on the psychological stress of related personnel. Methods The investigation of accidental grading and cardiogenic response to group food poisoning was conducted with the national standards “Diagnostic Criteria for Food Poisoning and Technical Processing” and “Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders in China” (CCMD - 3). Results A total of 29 food poisoning cases occurred in Huizhou City from 2002 to 2003, of which 2 were larger and 77 were poisoned. There were 27 cases of general poisonings and 25 58 cases of poisoning. The number of psychogenic reactions in larger food poisoning was 15 9, with an average of 79 5 people. The average number of people with food-induced psychosocial reactions was 2 78, with an average of 103 each. Conclusion The psychogenic reaction is closely related to the severity of food poisoning. Mental intervention should be strengthened for people with food poisoning.
