目的探讨壬基酚与辛基酚致小鼠睾丸细胞DNA联合损伤效应。方法采用单细胞凝胶电泳方法,分别检测壬基酚、辛基酚单独染毒和联合染毒后小鼠睾丸细胞DNA损伤情况。结果在受试剂量范围内,小鼠睾丸细胞彗星率随联合染毒剂量增加而增加(P<0.01),其彗星尾长随联合染毒剂量增加而延长(P<0.01);壬基酚与辛基酚联合作用经Q值评价为拮抗作用(Q=0.77)。结论壬基酚与辛基酚对小鼠睾丸细胞DNA具有损伤作用,联合染毒表现为拮抗作用。
Objective To investigate DNA damage effects of nonylphenol and octylphenol on mouse testis cells. Methods Single cell gel electrophoresis was used to detect DNA damage of testis cells in mice exposed to nonylphenol and octylphenol alone or in combination. Results The comet rate of testicular cells in testis increased with the increase of combined doses (P <0.01), and the tail length of comet was prolonged with the increase of combined doses (P <0.01). Nonylphenol and The combination of octylphenol was evaluated by Q value as antagonistic (Q = 0.77). Conclusion Nonylphenol and octylphenol have a damaging effect on the DNA of testicular cells in mice, and the combination of nonylphenol and octylphenol shows antagonistic effect.
