测定89例癌症患者血清硒(SSe)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,并与31例健康人进行对照,以探讨SSe与GSH-PX间的相互关系和临床意义。结果示SSe与GSH-PX活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05),SSe和GSH-PX呈显著正相关。随着临床分期不同,SSe和GSH-PX活性下降趋于明显,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明显低于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P<0.05);不同部位癌症患者之间SSe和GSH-PX活性均无显著性差异(P>0.5)。提示SSe和GSH-PX活性与癌症的发展有关
The serum selenium (SSe) and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity were measured in 89 cancer patients and compared with 31 healthy subjects to explore the relationship between SSe and GSH-PX and clinical significance. The results showed that the activity of SSe and GSH-PX was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05), and there was a significant positive correlation between SSe and GSH-PX. With the different clinical stages, the activity of SSe and GSH-PX decreased significantly, and it was significantly lower in stage III-IV than in stage I-II (P<0.05). No activity of SSe and GSH-PX was found between cancer patients at different sites. Significant difference (P>0.5). It suggests that SSe and GSH-PX activity is related to the development of cancer
