Objective To understand the fetal heart monitoring and amniotic fluid pollution and neonatal asphyxia, fetal intrauterine hypoxia, the intrinsic link between. Methods A total of 112 newborn infants who were born in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were found to have amniotic fluid contamination and apnea. Fetal heart monitoring was performed. Fetal hypoxia and hypoxia were also observed. Results In the once-amniotic fluid contamination, there were abnormal fetal heart monitoring in 8 cases (34.78%), abnormal second degree pollution in 20 cases (55.56%) and third degree abnormality in 44 cases (83.02%), indicating that between the degree of contamination and abnormal rate In a positive correlation (P <0.05). Conclusion When the amniotic fluid pollution occurs, the degree of pollution directly determines the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, but also affect the fetal heart rate monitoring, which needs attention.
