近年来,由于IUD 的广泛应用,IUD 脱落及副反应、取出等问题愈来愈引起人们的重视。八五年一月至十二月,我所使用沈阳医角光学仪器厂生产的XG一3型子宫内窥镜对22例置环出现副反应,7例取环困难,1例带器妊娠者进行了宫腔镜检查.对象和方法一、观察对象系我所门诊及住院病人,26～50岁的已婚妇女(表1).
