[目的]调查电子废弃物拆解场地人群血清5’-核苷酸酶(serum5-nucleotidase,5’-NT)等水平,分析相关影响因素。[方法]对浙江省台州某镇电子废弃物集中处理历史较长的村庄进行卫生学调查,选择318名拆解地区暴露人群,对职业暴露人群(280名)与非职业暴露人群(38名)进行了血样采集并测定了血清5’-核苷酸酶等多项指标,并与正常对照区的86名人群相比较。[结果]电子废弃物拆解场地的职业拆解人群(3.08±1.13)和非职业暴露人群(3.07±1.13)的5’-NT水平明显低于正常对照区人群(3.34±1.19)的水平;血清其他指标分析结果显示,职业拆解人群血清钾,钠值均比正常对照区人群低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),职业暴露者碱性磷酸酶高于正常对照区人群。[结论]电子废弃物拆解职业暴露者体内血清5’-核苷酸酶水平降低,同时,血清钾钠值均降低,而另一方面碱性磷酸酶水平升高,二者之间的相关机理研究需要进一步的探索。
[Objective] To investigate the serum 5-nucleotidase (5'-NT) levels in the field of electronic waste dismantling and analyze the related factors. [Methods] The health survey was conducted on villages with a long history of centralized treatment of electronic waste in a town in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. A total of 318 exposure groups (280) and 38 non-occupational exposure groups Blood samples were collected and serum 5'-nucleotidase and other indicators were determined and compared with 86 controls in the normal control area. [Results] The levels of 5'-NT in vocational dismantling sites (3.08 ± 1.13) and non-occupational exposure groups (3.07 ± 1.13) in e-waste dismantling sites were significantly lower than those in normal control areas (3.34 ± 1.19) The results of other indexes in serum showed that the serum potassium and sodium values in occupational disassembled population were lower than those in normal control group (P <0.05), and the occupational exposure were higher than those in normal control area. [Conclusion] The serum 5'-nucleotidase level in occupational exposure to e-waste disassembled decreased while potassium and sodium levels in serum decreased, while the level of alkaline phosphatase increased on the other hand, the correlation between the two Mechanism research needs further exploration.
