引言1970年Fossocti和ngold从照射过(24KR)的瑞典小麦品种“Probus”中诱发出单因子雄性不育突变体(msib)。F_1单体分析表明,不育基因位于4A染色体上。“Pugslay”和“Cornerstone”突变体里的染色体雄性不育基因也位于4A染色体上。“Pugsley”与“Probus”,“Cornerstone”与“Probus”的雄性不育基因是出于末端缺失和着丝点独立引起的。
Introduction Fossocti and ngold induced a one-factor male sterile mutant (msib) from the irradiated (24KR) Swedish wheat cultivar “Probus” in 1970. F_1 monomer analysis showed that the sterile gene is located on chromosome 4A. Chromosomal male sterility genes in “Pugslay” and “Cornerstone” mutants are also located on chromosome 4A. The male sterile genes of “Pugsley” and “Probus”, “Cornerstone” and “Probus” are caused by the deletion of the terminal and the independence of the centromere.
