目前,我国深海、超深海油气工程装备制造取得了不俗成绩。今后,我们要力求从海洋制造大国升级为制造强国。其间,我国可主要依托海工设备开展南海的自营油气勘探开发。首先在外国干扰较小的南海北部区的中、东段深水-超深水区实现油气勘探开发,继而向南海南部和其他地区发展,从而取得捍卫海疆、开发油气的主动权。 At present, China’s deep-sea, ultra-deep-sea oil and gas engineering equipment manufacturing achieved good results. In the future, we must strive to upgrade from a major maritime manufacturing country to a manufacturing power. In the meantime, our country can rely mainly on marine equipment to conduct self-employed oil and gas exploration and development in the South China Sea. First of all, the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in the deep-ultra-deepwater areas in the central and eastern parts of the northern South China Sea with less interference from the outside world should be carried out and then the southern part of the South China Sea and other areas should be developed to gain the initiative to defend the coastal areas and develop oil and gas.
