农村基层干部是建设社会主义新农村的主要力量,是农村贯彻落实党的各项方针政策的组织者、推动者和实践者。但村干部不是公务员,他们的待遇与付出还不相符,因此,适度提高村干部待遇,稳定基层组织队伍,使村干部劳有所酬、干有所盼、老有所养、病有所医、伤有所保,就显得尤为重要。河南省许昌县桂村乡郅庄村党支部书记张瑞武给本刊来信,针对本刊8A《“中国式村官”如何突破困境》一文,从一位农村基层干部的角度,对于如何提高村干部的待遇提出了自己的见解。我们刊发这封来信,希望引起有关部门的高度重视,让更多埋头干事的“村官”看到希望,政治上有奔头、工作上有干头、生活上有盼头、学习上有劲头、事业上有前途,有效推动国家政策在基层贯彻执行能力的提高。
