了解结构与介质之间的接触应力是研究地下结构设计理论的关键问題。本文提供了一种在模型试验和现场试验中量测该接触应力(包括土压力和水压力)的微型压力盒。文章还述及了压力盒的设计原理,制作工艺和性能鉴定等。进行地下结构物的模型试验和现场试验量测时,须正确地确定结构与介质之间的接触应力。为此研究量测传感器——压力盒便成了关键问题。这种类型的压力盒应达到体积小、灵敏度高、防水防潮性能可靠、使用方便、量测数据准确等技术要求。
To understand the contact stress between structure and medium is the key issue to study underground structure design theory. This article provides a miniature pressure cell that measures this contact stress (both earth pressure and water pressure) in both model and field tests. The article also mentioned the pressure box design principle, production process and performance appraisal. When undertaking model tests and field tests on underground structures, the contact stress between the structure and the medium must be correctly determined. To study the measurement sensor - pressure box has become a key issue. This type of pressure box should reach the small size, high sensitivity, waterproof and moisture-proof performance, easy to use, accurate measurement data and other technical requirements.
