英国的 TWI 激光中心最近对用金属丝作焊接填料的激光焊焊接效果作了研究。实验结果表明,用有选定的材料成份制成的药芯焊丝作焊接填料,在造船工业和管道生产中使用激光焊应用的领域比以往增大了许多。到目前为止,研究的主要方面集中在冷焊丝的填充方面。作为比较,也研究了热焊丝焊接,加温的方法可以搞高焊接速度,冷却的速度也可以得到更多的控制。特意制造的药芯焊
The TWI Laser Center in the United Kingdom recently conducted a study of the effect of laser welding of metal fillers for welding fillers. The experimental results show that the field of laser welding applications in the shipbuilding industry and pipeline production has increased more than ever with the use of flux-cored welding wires made of selected material components as welding fillers. So far, the main aspects of the research have focused on the filling of cold wires. As a comparison, hot-wire welding has also been studied.
