从八十年代始,全国、全省乃至地市州报、台、电视台、专业报等新闻单位有一个惯例:每年都要把一些好新闻作品,组织专家认真进行评选一次;以奖励优秀作品,做到多出“精品”多出人才,推动新闻改革不断向纵深发展。我认为这个做法很好。
