本研究评价了某些蒽醌衍生物和蒽酮的抗人体巨细胞病毒(HCMV)的作用和其细胞毒性,以二羟基丙氧甲基鸟嘌呤DHPG为对照。所有被评价的化合物,除蒽酮大黄素、双蒽酮大黄素及原金丝桃素由作者单位自行合成,并精制使纯度达95%以上外,其余都购自Aldrich试剂公司,不经精制直接使用。所用细胞为人体包皮纤维细胞(HS-68)和人肺纤维细胞(MRC-5),均由美国标准菌库(ATCC)供应并保存在Dulbecco改进的Eagle培养基(DMEM)或基本的Eagle(BME)培养基中。每种培养基都加10%胎牛
This study evaluated the effects of certain quinone derivatives and fluorenone against human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and its cytotoxicity, using dihydroxypropoxymethylguanine DHPG as a control. All the compounds evaluated, except for fluorenone emodin, diterpene emodin, and proto-hypertonin, were synthesized by the authors and refined to a purity of more than 95%. The rest were all purchased from Aldrich Reagents, without purification. Use directly.
