天津电机铸造厂是个全民所有制小企业。现有职工265人,主要生产铸铁件和铸铝件,为电机公司的主机厂配套,由于一些价格政策的不合理,这个厂属于微利企业。目前公司暂不考核这个厂的利润指标。这个厂的奖金发放标准由公司根据企业的产量产值完成情况而制定。几年来,他们围绕着打破“大锅饭”、克服平均主义问题,探索了多种改革办法。在坚持工资总额不突破的情况下,搞活了企业,摆脱了困境,生产迅速发展。经济效益不断提高,1982年与开始改革的1979年相比。职工减少11.7%,干部由47人精简到24人。而全厂劳动生产率却增加114.7%;产值增加120%;利润倍增,由亏损变盈余。

At present, the company temporarily does not assess the profit index of this plant. The bonus distribution standard for this factory is set by the company based on the completion of the output value of the company.
