我们应用复合树脂粘连技术矫治前牙错畸形203例,效果良好,总有效率达99.02％,％,现报告如下。一、病例资料 203例中,男78例,女125例。年龄3～50岁。主要畸形类型:上前牙拥挤伴扭转75例,上前牙腭侧位伴扭转30例,前牙反77例,下前牙间隙过大21例。发生错畸形的原因:遗传因素59例,环境因素123例,不良习惯21例。二、矫治方法 1.取研究模型,做矫治前的设计,并备矫治前后对比。
We apply composite resin adhesion technology for correction of 203 cases of anomalous deformity of the anterior tooth, the effect is good, the total effective rate of 99.02%,%, are as follows. First, the case data 203 cases, 78 males and 125 females. Age 3 to 50 years old. The main types of deformities: upper anterior crowded with 75 cases of torsion, the anterior palatal palate with lateral torsion in 30 cases, anterior pincer in 77 cases, the lower anterior gap is too large in 21 cases. Misdiagnosis occurred: 59 cases of genetic factors, environmental factors in 123 cases, 21 cases of bad habits. Second, correction methods 1.
