探讨β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2-adrenergic receptor,β2-AR)基因Arg16/Gly多态性与新疆哈萨克族男性血清甘油三酯(TG)水平的关系。采集新疆阿勒泰地区265例30岁~60岁之间哈萨克族男性牧民的遗传标本,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分析β2-AR基因Arg16/Gly多态性,观察各基因型和等位基因与TC水平的关系。(1)在扣除收缩压、舒张压、BMI和年龄等影响因素后,血清TG水平在β2-AR基因Arg16/Gly多态位点三种基因型间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)将人群按血清TG水平<1.7mmol/L、(1.7~2.25)mmol/L、≥2.26mmol/L划分为正常组、边缘升高组及升高组3组,β2-AR基因Arg16/Gly多态位点三种基因型频率在TG正常、边缘升高及升高组3组中的分布无统计学差异(P(0.05)。β2-AR基因Arg16/Gly多态性与哈萨克族男性牧民的TG水平升高无关。
To investigate the relationship between Arg16 / Gly polymorphism of β2-adrenergic receptor (β2-AR) gene and serum triglyceride (TG) in Kazak nationality in Xinjiang. A total of 265 genetic herds of Kazak male herds between the ages of 30 and 60 were collected from Altay, Xinjiang. The genotypes of Arg16 / Gly were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) The relationship between each genotype and allele and TC level was observed. (1) After deducting the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI and age, there was no significant difference in serum TG levels among the three genotypes of Arg16 / Gly polymorphism of β2-AR gene (P> 0.05). (2) The subjects were divided into normal group, elevated margin group and elevated group (3 groups) according to serum TG level <1.7mmol / L, (1.7-2.25) mmol / L and ≥2.26mmol / / Gly polymorphism loci had no statistical significance in the three groups (P (0.05)) .The genotypes of Arg16 / Gly polymorphisms of β2-AR gene were significantly different from those of Kazak Male herdsman’s TG level has nothing to do.
