目的——了解不同灭火剂对聚氨酯类橡胶物品火灾的扑救效果。方法——应用水、氟蛋白泡沫、F-500泡沫、E-500泡沫4种灭火剂扑救由汽车轮胎和橡胶球内胆组成的模拟火灾现场。结果——实验中4种灭火剂均能扑灭聚氨酯类的火灾,其中明火熄灭时间水>6%氟蛋白>3%E-500>1%F-500;扑救后温度水>6%氟蛋白>3%E-500>1%F-500;灭火剂用量水>6%氟蛋白>3%E-500>1%F-500;复燃时间水最短,为4′30″,其次为6%氟蛋白和1%F-500,在明火熄灭后13′30″和36′00″复燃,而3%E-500在36′00″之内未复燃。结论——对聚氨酯类橡胶物品火灾进行扑救应用F-500和E-500泡沫灭火剂效果最好。
Objective - To understand the effect of different fire extinguishing agents on the fire of polyurethane rubber products. Methods - Apply water, fluoride protein foam, F-500 foam, and E-500 foam to extinguish 4 simulated fire scenes consisting of car tires and rubber bladder liner. Results - In the experiment, all four kinds of fire extinguishing agents were able to extinguish the fires of polyurethane fire, in which the time for extinction of fire was> 6% fluoride protein> 3% E-500> 1% F-500; 3% E-500> 1% F-500; Extinguishing agent water> 6% Fluorine protein> 3% E-500> 1% F-500; Restoration time is the shortest, 4’30 “, followed by 6% Fluoroprotein and 1% F-500 at 13’30 ”and 36’00“ resumed after the flame was extinguished, while the 3% E-500 did not resuscitate within 36’00 ”. Conclusion - F-500 and E-500 Foam Extinguishing Agents work best for fire fighting polyurethane-based rubber products.
