飞机飞行时,机身与机翼之间会产生复杂的相互干扰,给飞机气动特性带来不利影响。为避免此干扰对飞机主结构带来危害,现代飞机设计中普遍是通过增加翼身整流罩来解决问题。因此,翼身整流罩结构的细节设计就尤为重要,本文通过对现役机型翼根整流罩设计实例的分析研究,提出对此类结构细节设计中密封件优化设计的建议,使得翼身整流罩在达到翼根处整流的气动设计目标的同时避免结构受到破坏。
Aircraft flight, the fuselage and the wing will have a complex mutual interference, the aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft adversely affected. In order to prevent this interference from damaging the main structure of the aircraft, the problem of modern aircraft design is generally solved by adding a wing fairing. Therefore, the detail design of the wing fairing structure is particularly important. In this paper, the design examples of the wing root fairing of the current model are analyzed and put forward the suggestions on the optimal design of the seal in such structural detail design, so that the wing fairing Avoids damage to the structure while achieving the aerodynamic design goals of the rectified wing root.
