Since the debut of Japan’s Shinkansen in the 1960s, the high-speed railway system has thrived in technological progress. As tens of thousands of miles of orbit around the world continue to increase, while reducing emissions and increasing traveler mobility, a variety of new technologies are leading the HSR to a faster tomorrow. This article explores the differences in modes of travel for different countries in the world in the future and details the differences in HSR technology from Asia, Europe and North America. In many countries, especially China, with the massive government investment, the development of high-speed railway system is more developed. The development of domestic high-speed railways is temporarily limited, but it will benefit the technological progress of other countries and benefit from the economic impact of high-speed rail in other countries.
