目的探讨职业暴露6-氨基青霉烷酸(6-aminopenicillanic acid,6-APA)、7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-aminocephalosporanic acid,7-ACA)工人血清骨膜蛋白、IgE的表达水平及意义。方法选择90名接触7-ACA、6-APA粉尘哮喘或变应性鼻炎患者为病例组,117名接触7-ACA、6-APA粉尘无哮喘或鼻炎工人为接尘组,192名不接触粉尘健康体检者作为对照组。用ELISA法测定血清骨膜蛋白和IgE水平,比较三组测定结果。结果病例组、接尘组血清骨膜蛋白、IgE水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),而病例组与接尘组血清骨膜蛋白、IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与低浓度接尘工人相比,高浓度接尘工人血清骨膜蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.05),IgE水平升高不明显(P>0.05);不同接尘工龄工人血清骨膜蛋白、IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清骨膜蛋白与IgE之间均呈明显正相关关系(P<0.001)。结论职业暴露7-ACA、6-APA可导致血清骨膜蛋白、IgE表达水平升高,且血清骨膜蛋白水平升高与接尘浓度有关,有潜力成为7-ACA或6-APA所致职业性哮喘相关的生物标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum periostin and IgE in 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) and 7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) exposed workers. Methods Ninety-nine patients with exposure to 7-ACA, 6-APA dust asthma or allergic rhinitis were selected as the case group. One hundred and eleven workers exposed to 7-ACA and 6-APA had no asthma or rhinitis workers, and 192 were not exposed to dust Healthy people as a control group. Serum periosteal protein and IgE levels were measured by ELISA, and the results of three groups were compared. Results Serum periostin and IgE levels in case group and dust-receiving group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in serum periostin and IgE levels between case group and dust-receiving group (P> 0.05) Serum periostin levels were significantly higher (P <0.05) and IgE levels were not significantly higher in workers exposed to dust at a higher concentration (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum periostin and IgE levels among workers exposed to dust There was a significant positive correlation between serum periostin and IgE (P <0.001). Conclusions Occupational exposure to 7-ACA and 6-APA can lead to the increase of serum periostin and IgE expression, and the increase of serum periostin level is related to dust concentration, which has the potential to become a professional asthma caused by 7-ACA or 6-APA Related biomarkers.
