从50年代以来,对可靠性技术的研究得到迅速的发展。随着原子能、航空、宇航、海洋技术等大规模系统的发展,对可靠性技术问题更为重视,在以机械为中心的系统中,自然也涉及到可靠性的问题。可靠性指的是:结构系统或者部件在给定的使用时间,在给定的环境条件下,顺利的完成原设计性能的概率。用概率作为定量的尺度表达可靠性时,这个概率就称为可靠性。
Since the 1950s, the research on reliability technology has been rapidly developed. With the development of large-scale systems such as atomic energy, aviation, aerospace and marine technology, more emphasis is placed on reliability and technical issues. In the case of a mechanical-centric system, naturally, reliability issues are also involved. Reliability refers to the probability that a structural system or component will successfully perform its original design performance under a given environmental condition at a given time of use. When probability is used as a quantitative measure of reliability, this probability is called reliability.
