为了发挥LF炉精炼优质钢及流程节奏调节能力的作用,开展了LF炉过程优化主要内容之一的钢液成分微调优化的研究.该研究有利于:实现快速准确的合金计算,缩短处理周期,提高流程节奏调节能力;实现自动称量、自动加入,减轻劳动强度;可对钢液成分实现下限控制,尤其对贵重合金,降低合金消耗;可对钢液实现窄成分控制,提高钢质量,实现一材多用,等.为建立LF炉钢液成分微调模型,给出了合金计算公式的推导过程及公式的解析,并给出LF炉钢液合金成分微调模型框图,为LF炉过程优化奠定基础.
