研究了胰蛋白酶、猪胰脂肪酶、过氧化氢酶、α-胰凝乳蛋白酶、溶壁酶、尿素酶等6种酶对直接不对称Aldol反应的催化作用,对比了在乙腈/水混合溶剂中不同酶对反应的产率、非对映选择性以及对映选择性的影响.发现胰蛋白酶的产率和ee值最高,分别达91%和80%.酶的催化多功能性在直接不对称Aldol反应中的应用拓展了现有生物酶的应用范围.
The catalytic effects of six enzymes, trypsin, porcine pancreatic lipase, catalase, α-chymotrypsin, lywallzyme and urease on direct asymmetric Aldol reaction were studied. In different enzymes on the reaction yield, diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity.It was found that the highest yield of trypsin and ee, respectively, 91% and 80% .The catalytic versatility of the enzyme in the direct The use of symmetric Aldol reactions broadens the range of applications of existing biological enzymes.
