首先通过对苯二甲酸二甲酯、5磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯与1,4丁二醇的熔融缩聚制得不同离子含量的离聚物SPBT;再将SPBT离聚物与对乙酰氧基苯甲酸通过熔融共缩聚反应获得液晶离聚物PHB/SPBT。对离聚物特性粘度、热性质、流变性能等进行了表征,同时考察了液晶离聚物的热性能、液晶性能。研究发现离子的引入导致SPBT离聚物的特性粘度下降,聚合物的结晶温度以及结晶熔融温度向低温区移动。对液晶离聚物的偏光显微照相分析表明在所研究的离子含量范围内,离子的存在并不影响PHB/SPBT共聚酯液晶态的形成,液晶离聚物具有较好的耐热性能。
Firstly, ionomer SPBT with different ion content was prepared by melt polycondensation of dimethyl terephthalate, sodium 5-sulfoisophthalate and 1,4-butanediol. Then SPBT ionomer and Acetoxybenzoic acid by melt copolycondensation reaction liquid crystal ionomer PHB / SPBT. The intrinsic viscosity, thermal properties and rheological properties of ionomer were characterized. The thermal and liquid crystal properties of the ionomer were also investigated. It has been found that the introduction of ions leads to the decrease of intrinsic viscosity of SPBT ionomer, the crystallization temperature of polymer and the temperature of crystal melting move to low temperature. Polarized photomicrographs of liquid crystal ionomer showed that the presence of ions did not affect the formation of liquid crystal state of PHB / SPBT copolyester within the range of ionic concentration. Liquid crystal ionomer had better heat resistance.
