建立了测定功能饮料、保健食品中11种水溶性维生素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经简单的提取、离心后,上清液分成两部分进行不同浓度的稀释或净化,得到样品测定液,采用ACOUTITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。在最佳试验条件下,11种目标化合物在相应的线性范围内其线性相关系数均大于0.9972,方法的回收率为85.6%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~8.8%(n=6)。该方法简便、准确,可用于功能饮料、保健食品中11种水溶性维生素的检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of 11 water-soluble vitamins in functional beverages and health foods. The sample was extracted briefly, and after centrifugation, the supernatant was divided into two parts and diluted or purified at different concentrations to obtain a sample determination solution, which was separated by ACOUTITY UPLC HSS T3 (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.8 μm) And 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase. The gradient elution was carried out by using MRM (Electron Spray Ion Source Multiple Reaction Monitoring) mode. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear correlation coefficients of 11 target compounds were all above 0.9972 in the corresponding linear range. The recoveries were 85.6% -102.6% and the relative standard deviations were 2.6% -8.8% (n = 6) . The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the detection of 11 kinds of water-soluble vitamins in functional drinks and health food.
