锰是现代工业发展中的重要金属。随着工农业的迅速发展,锰钢广泛应用于重型机械、农业机械、矿山工程、造船工业和国防建设,特别是在金属焊接中的焊条药皮和焊剂也应用得很多,因此在冶炼锰铁、锰钢或制造及使用含锰焊条时,预防锰中毒有其现实意义,故迫切需要对锰中毒诊断早期生化指标加以研究,为此我组在上海市第二医学院卫生学教研组协助下共同对血清腺嘌呤核苷酸脱氨酶的微量测定方法做了些工作,仅供讨论。
Manganese is an important metal in the development of modern industry. With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, manganese steel is widely used in heavy machinery, agricultural machinery, mining engineering, shipbuilding industry and national defense construction. In particular, electrode coatings and fluxes used in metal welding are also widely applied. Therefore, in the smelting of ferromanganese, Manganese steel or the manufacture and use of manganese-containing welding rod, the prevention of manganese poisoning has its practical significance, so the urgent need to diagnose the early biochemical indicators of manganese poisoning to be studied, so my group in Shanghai Second Medical College Health Research Team with the help of common Serum adenine nucleotide deaminase microassay method to do some work for discussion purposes only.
