基于双E组织创新理论,按照市场与业务两种坐标将“走出去”的中国企业创新战略分为强改进(Ⅰ型创新战略)与强探索(Ⅱ型创新战略)两类,对336家在美中资企业的实证研究结果表明:吸收能力与企业采取的创新战略成正相关关系,这种正相关关系同时受华商社团邻近程度的调节作用:邻近程度负向调节企业的Ⅰ型创新战略,正向调节Ⅱ型创新战略。深入探讨了理论模型与实证研究结论的意义,结合近年来美国华商社团与“走出去”中国企业的特点,对研究结论进行了阐释。最后对现有的研究局限与未来可能的拓展进行了讨论。
Based on the dual-E organizational innovation theory, the Chinese enterprises’ innovation strategies of “going global” are divided into two categories: strong improvement (type I innovation strategy) and strong exploration (type II innovation strategy) according to market and business coordinates, and 336 The results of empirical research on home-based Chinese-funded enterprises show that the absorptive capacity has a positive correlation with the innovation strategy adopted by the enterprises. This positive correlation is also regulated by the proximity of the Chinese community: the Type I innovation strategy of negatively regulating enterprises , Positive adjustment Ⅱ innovation strategy. In-depth discussion of the theoretical model and the significance of empirical findings, combined with the recent Chinese American business community and “going out ” Chinese enterprises, the conclusions of the study are explained. Finally, the existing research limitations and possible future expansion are discussed.
