为有效开展300ft自升式钻井平台的耐久试验,设计出一款叶片工装件,以便真实地模拟顶驱系统进行钻井作业。通过力学分析和模拟计算,验证了所设计的叶片工装件不仅具有足够的强度,而且具有能与顶驱输出扭矩达到平衡状态的能力。根据模拟计算结果,反推出叶片工装件低速旋转时对应的阻力系数,与耐久试验实测出的扭矩值推算出的阻力系数十分接近,从而可以为技术人员设计和优化叶片工装件尺寸提供参考。
In order to effectively carry out the endurance test of a 300ft jack-up rig, a blade tool was designed to truly simulate the top drive system for drilling operations. Through mechanical analysis and simulation calculation, it is verified that the designed blade tooling not only has sufficient strength, but also has the ability to balance with the top drive output torque. According to the simulation results, the corresponding drag coefficient of the blade assembly rotating at low speed is deduced, which is similar to the resistance coefficient deduced from the torque value measured by the durability test, which can provide reference for the technicians to design and optimize the blade assembly size.
