受传统行政区划管辖模式的影响,环境保护审判法庭管辖受到限制,庭多案少,环境保护审判法庭管辖问题亟待解决。针对环境保护审判庭管辖问题,应实行跨区域集中管辖模式,以流域为基础设立环境保护巡回法庭,确定巡回区,以打破传统管辖模式造成的地方保护等限制,使环境纠纷案件通过司法途径得以解决。 Affected by the traditional administrative divisions and jurisdictional modes, the jurisdiction of the environmental protection trial court is limited and the number of cases in the court is small.
