目的考察8种大孔吸附树脂对黄芩总黄酮的分离纯化的影响,优选出纯化黄芩总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂,并确定纯化黄芩总黄酮的工艺参数。方法以黄芩总黄酮为考察指标,采用静态和动态吸附两种方法,优选出对黄芩总黄酮吸附性能最佳的大孔吸附树脂,并对其工艺进行筛选,确定了纯化黄芩总黄酮的最佳工艺参数。结果AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对黄芩总黄酮有最佳的吸附分离性能,其纯化黄芩总黄酮的工艺条件为:黄芩提取液直接上样,最大上样体积为3 BV,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱剂用量为7 BV。结论AB-8型大孔吸附树脂在所确定的工艺条件下,纯化黄芩总黄酮效果良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of eight kinds of macroporous adsorption resin on the purification of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, optimize the macroporous resin for purification of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis and determine the technical parameters of purification of Scutellaria total flavonoids. Methods The total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were used as the investigation index. The macroporous adsorption resins with the best adsorption properties of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were screened by both static and dynamic adsorption methods. Process parameters. Results The results showed that AB-8 macroporous resin had the best adsorption and desorption properties for total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis. The optimum conditions for the purification of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis were as follows: the extract of Scutellaria baicalensis directly, the maximum sample volume was 3 BV, 70% ethanol, the amount of eluent 7 BV. Conclusion AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin under the conditions determined by the purification of Scutellaria total flavonoids good effect.
