目的重新解释后像试验检测目的。方法对38例共同性斜视患者在手术前及手术后进行后像灯检测。结果(1)手术前后,后像灯检测均为十字交叉者7例。(2)术前或者术后,后像灯检测由丁字形变化为十字交叉者30例。(3)手术前后,后像灯检测都表现为丁字形者1例。结论在同一时间内后像形态的变化不符合视网膜对应形成的神经生理学基础,后像灯检测的真实含义是潜在融合功能的检测。
Objective To explain the purpose of post-test test. Methods 38 patients with common strabismus were examined before and after surgery. Results (1) Before and after surgery, after the lights were detected in 10 cases of cross-clamp in 7 cases. (2) preoperative or postoperative, after the light test changes from the T-shaped cross to 30 cases. (3) before and after surgery, after the light test showed a T-shaped in 1 case. Conclusion The morphological changes of posterior images at the same time do not accord with the neurophysiological basis of retina formation. The true meaning of posterior detection is the detection of potential fusion function.
