肺纤维化形成之前的炎症反应是致病的关键阶段,气道内博莱霉素激发啮齿动物的肺炎症反应是特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的代表性模型。阐明病变出现的不同细胞类型及可溶性调节因子之间的关系,使我们对肺纤维化的形成过程及其机制有更进一步地了解,可为今后IPF的防治开辟广阔前景。
The inflammatory response before pulmonary fibrosis is formed is a crucial stage in the pathogenesis of airway bleomycin-stimulated rodent lung inflammation is a representative model of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
