在研究液压落锤式冲击器工作特性的基础上,提出了定流量和变流量两种可行的液压动力系统配置方案,并对其合理配置途径及能量效率进行了分析和对比,由此计算出实用系列机型的能量效率.研究结果表明,变流量配置优于定流量配置;并且,所研究的液压落锤式碎石机的能量效率不随冲击能的增大而降低.该结论为进一步研制超大型液压落锤式碎石机提供了理论依据.
Based on the study of the operating characteristics of hydraulic drop hammer, two feasible configurations of hydraulic power system with constant flow rate and variable flow rate are put forward, and their reasonable allocation and energy efficiency are analyzed and compared. Energy efficiency of practical series models. The results show that the variable flow configuration is better than the constant flow configuration; and the energy efficiency of the hydraulic drop hammer crusher studied does not decrease with the increase of impact energy. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the further development of large hydraulic drop hammer crusher.
