目的运用高效液相色谱法对不同产地山楂、夏枯草、冬凌草、柿蒂和连翘中熊果酸的量进行测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-乙酸胺(69:31:0.6);体积流量:1 mL/min;检测波长:215 nm。结果对比不同产地的5种药材,连翘中熊果酸的平均质量分数最高,达0.237%;山楂、夏枯草、柿蒂稍低,平均质量分数分别为0.180%、0.158%、0.212%;冬凌草最低,为0.124%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为中药材中熊果酸的定量测定方法。
Objective To determine the content of ursolic acid in Hawthorn, Prunella vulgaris, Rabdosia rubescens, Shiqin, and Forsythia suspensa by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used. Column: Kromasil C 18 (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); Mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-acetic acid amine (69:31:0.6); Volume flow rate: 1 mL/min Detection wavelength: 215 nm. The results showed that the average content of ursolic acid in Forsythia suspense was the highest, which was 0.237%, and that of Hawthorn, Prunella vulgaris, and Shiqian were slightly lower. The average mass fraction was 0.180%, 0.158%, and 0.212%, respectively. Ling grass is the lowest, 0.124%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative method for the determination of ursolic acid in Chinese medicinal materials.
