20世纪50年代波普艺术席卷全球,因为它表现内容的无拘无束,形式上的没有章法以及颜色上的视觉冲击等成为年轻人追捧的新的艺术风格。同一时期的美国摇滚音乐也风靡全球,CD唱片同期走入人们的视野。波普风与美国摇滚乐都是20世纪50年代的产物,那个时候的民众生活在战争低迷的时期,亟需一种能够打开他们心灵的自由艺术,能表达他们心声的表现艺术,于是就这样波普和摇滚都在那个时期产生。二者有相同的表达涵义,都是符合年轻人的潮流,于是,两种艺术就这样结合在一起,应运而生。
Pop Art swept the world in the 1950s because of its unrestrained content, formal unwritten rules, and its visual impact on colors that have become the new artistic styles pursued by young people. The same period of American rock music is also swept the world, CD records into the people’s field of vision over the same period. Pop-ups and American rock music were all products of the 1950s, when popular life was in the midst of a downturn and there was an urgent need for a performance art that opened their minds to free art and expressed their feelings, Pu and rock are produced during that period. Both have the same meaning of expression, are in line with the trend of young people, so the two arts so combined, came into being.
