培训需求管理是培训质量管理的首要环节,切实加强培训需求管理,抓好源头,以真实、有效的培训需求确保培训的针对性和实效性,将不断提升培训质量,增强培训效果,使培训价值最大化。本文结合国网湖南省电力公司培训工作实际,着重从模型构建角度,对员工培训需求管理进行思考和探讨。
