目的 :用薄层扫描法测定香科属植物中 4种新克罗烷型二萜 :teucvidin (I) ,19 acetyl teuspinin (II) ,teuscorodonin (III) ,teuperninA (IV)。 方法 :样品经丙酮超声提取后 ,用XAD 2型大孔树脂去除色素 ;在高效硅胶薄层板上点样后展开 ,展开剂为乙酸乙酯—正己烷 (6∶5 )。所得斑点用Ehrlich试剂显色 ,扫描测定。结果 :各新克罗烷型二萜的线性范围在 0 6 3~ 2 18μg ,回收率为 92 4%~ 97 8% ,应用本法测定了香科属植物铁轴草、庐山香科丙酮浸膏中新克罗烷型二萜的含量。结论 :本法简便易行 ,分析速度快 ,重现性好 ,可用于香科属植物中新克罗烷型二萜的测定。为开发资源 ,评价药物质量 ,提供了科学依据
OBJECTIVE : To determine four novel crotane dioximes in the genus of the genus Perilla: teucvidin (I), 19 acetyl teuspinin (II), teuscorodonin (III), and teuperninA (IV) by thin-layer scanning. Methods : The sample was extracted with acetone after ultrasonication, and the pigment was removed with XAD 2 macroporous resin. After being spotted on a high-efficiency silica gel thin-layer plate, the developing solvent was ethyl acetate-n-hexane (6:5). The resulting spots were visualized using Ehrlich reagent and scanned. RESULTS: The linear range of each new Crones type dioxime was 0 6 3 to 2 18 μg, and the recoveries were 92 4% to 97 8%. This method was used to determine the acetone leaching of the genus Ceratoides and Aetna. The content of neocreatine diterpene in ointment. Conclusion : This method is simple, rapid, and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of neocarene diterpene in plants of the genus Xiangxiang. To develop resources and evaluate drug quality, providing a scientific basis
