当前,中学教师的教学设计存在如下问题:教学目标描述不明确、不具体、不可测;教学内容缺少与生产生活实践的整合;教学方法缺少研究方法的引领、忽视突破重难点的策略设计;教学评价方法单一、与教学目标不对等;教学设计忽略环境因素。这些问题制约了教学设计价值的体现和作用的发挥,影响教学质量的提高。教师在拓宽教育视野、提升专业技能和规范教学设计方面需要下功夫,各级教研部门需给予更有力、更具针对性的指导。
At present, the teaching design of middle school teachers has the following problems: the description of teaching objectives is not clear, unspecific, unpredictable; the teaching content is lack of integration with production and life practice; the teaching method lacks the lead of research methods; ignores the strategic design of breaking through heavy and difficult points; The evaluation method is single, not equal to the teaching goal; teaching design ignores environmental factors. These problems restrict the embodiment of the value of teaching and play a role in teaching, affecting the improvement of teaching quality. Teachers need to work hard to broaden their horizons in education, enhance their professional skills and standardize instructional design.
