热消融方法已被广泛地应用于治疗各种肿瘤疾病,消融肿瘤的热能来源可以为射频、激光、微波以及超声波等。这些消融方法可以通过微创或是无创的方式对肿瘤组织进行治疗,而同时可以避免对周围正常的组织产生损伤[1-4]。尽管该法疗效显著,但手术后仍发现有复发症[5-6]。理解热消融方法对肿瘤治疗的潜在机制可以更好地控制手术过程,减少复发症,增加患者的存活率。
Thermal ablation methods have been widely used in the treatment of various tumor diseases. The sources of thermal energy for ablation of tumors can be radiofrequency, laser, microwave, and ultrasound. These ablation methods can treat tumor tissue in a minimally invasive or non-invasive manner while avoiding damage to the surrounding normal tissue [1-4]. Although this method is effective, recurrences are still found after surgery [5-6]. Understanding the potential mechanisms of thermal ablation for tumor therapy can better control the surgical process, reduce recurrence, and increase patient survival.
