传输系统用的滤波器要求高的稳定性,要判断声表面波滤波器能否适于这个目的,对有关温度特性,电平变化,老化特性等稳定性的调查研究就成为极其重要的课题.本文根据这个观点,以具体的传输系统用滤波器为对象,边引用以前的每个研究成果,边制作表面波滤波器,对它的稳定性包括制造误差,进行了综合性的评价和研究.本文研究结果和以前的数十兆赫以下水晶晶体滤波器作比较,确认它有更高的稳定性,显然它可作为数十兆赫以下使用的窄带滤波器.
Transmission system filter requires high stability, to determine whether the surface acoustic wave filter is suitable for this purpose, on the temperature characteristics, level changes, the aging characteristics of the stability of the research becomes an extremely important issue. According to this view, this paper makes a concrete transmission system filter as an object, and makes a comprehensive evaluation and study of its stability, including manufacturing error, while referring to each of the previous research results. The results of this study are compared with previous crystal crystal filters below tens of megahertz and confirmed to be more stable. Obviously, it can be used as a narrow-band filter below tens of MHz.
