随着社会的发展,家长对孩子的教育问题越来越关心,都希望能给孩子提供一个良好的学习环境,具有专业的师资队伍,能够让孩子的德、智、体、美全面发展。但是,我国的小学教育问题存在着很大的问题,影响着学校教育的发展。将从小学教育的管理方面着手,全面阐述如何健全管理制度,提高教师的整体素质。
With the development of society, parents are more and more concerned about their children’s education. All of them hope to provide their children with a good learning environment and a professional faculty to make their children’s moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic all-round development. However, there is a big problem in the primary education in our country, which affects the development of school education. Starting from the management of primary education, we will give a comprehensive exposition of how to improve the management system and improve the overall quality of teachers.
