[摘要] 目的探讨p73基因在急性白血病(AL)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测100例初诊及复发或难治AL患者和20例正常对照者p73基因的表达,并采用χ2检验、t检验及单因素方差分析对结果进行统计学分析,以比较各组p73基因表达阳性率及表达强度差异。结果 58%的AL患者有较高水平的p73的表达,初诊及复发或难治组明显高于经过治疗缓解组及正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论
