肠穿孔是肠伤寒的严重并发症，死亡率较高。我院1984年11月至1994年11日收治了田例肠伤寒穿孔患者，其细菌学与药敏结果报告如下。工临床资料53例中男42例，女11例，年龄明18～54岁。其中肥达氏试验阳性38例，血清培养有伤寒杆菌生长28例，病理检查诊断为肠伤寒12例。行穿孔修 Intestinal perforation is a serious complication of typhoid fever, higher mortality. Our hospital from November 1984 to November 1994 admitted field typhus perforation patients, the bacteriological and drug susceptibility results are reported as follows. Clinical data of 53 cases of 42 males and 11 females, aged 18 to 54 years old.
